Keemo Paul took 5 for 41 as West Indies beat India by 24 runs in the fourth T20I in Hyderabad.
The win levelled the five-match series 2-2 ahead of Saturday’s decider in Bengaluru.
Paul became the first West Indies bowler to take multiple five-wicket hauls in T20Is.
Captain Shai Hope smashed an unbeaten 102 off 50 balls as West Indies posted 247 for 3.
Sanju Samson hit 56 off 23, but Paul removed him and Ishan Kishan in one over.
India were bowled out for 223 with three balls unused.
Paul credited his well-disguised slower balls and the lack of dew.
It was West Indies’ first T20I win on Indian soil since 2019.
