Billy Ray Cyrus has proposed to Elizabeth Hurley, Page Six reported on October 16, citing sources.

Neither star has confirmed it, but a large diamond ring on Hurley’s left hand fuelled the buzz.

Hurley showed the ring in an Instagram carousel posted on October 12.

Cyrus then posted a caption reading “kinda has a ring to it” with a ring emoji.

Hurley’s son, Damian, reacted with a celebration emoji, which fans read as approval.

The pair met in 2022 filming “Christmas in Paradise” and began dating in 2025.

Cyrus is 65 and Hurley is 61; they made their red carpet debut in Italy in May 2025.
