Joe Manganiello says Ben Affleck’s scrapped Batman movie would have pitted the Dark Knight against Deathstroke.

The details appear in Manganiello’s new memoir, Bloodlines, which was released on October 13.

Affleck planned to write, direct, produce and star, envisioning “a superhero version of David Fincher’s The Game.”

Deathstroke would set out to dismantle Batman’s life, believing the hero had murdered his son.

His revenge would include killing Commissioner Gordon, taking Alfred hostage and breaking into the Batcave.

A mid-film fight would nearly kill Batman and Batgirl, who escape on an aboveground train.

The finale was to be a one-on-one Gotham showdown inspired by the Batman: Arkham Origins trailer.

Manganiello writes that he hid a colostomy bag during fittings to shoot his one day on Justice League.
