CytoDyn scheduled an investor webcast for Monday, October 19, at 1 p.m. PT to update investors on leronlimab.

The update was to cover scientific, clinical, operational and financial progress, plus 2026 priorities and upcoming milestones.

CEO Dr. Jacob Lalezari was to lead it with CFO Robert Hoffman and City of Hope oncologist Dr. Pashtoon Kasi.

Natera’s Reny Aniline was to discuss the new Natera–CytoDyn collaboration and early ctDNA observations from the CLOVER study.

Leronlimab is a first-in-class humanized monoclonal antibody that targets the CCR5 receptor.

CytoDyn is pursuing it in solid tumors including metastatic colorectal cancer and metastatic triple-negative breast cancer.

CCR5 is best known as an HIV co-receptor but has been linked to tumor progression and metastasis.
