A source close to MGK told People that he and Dakota Johnson are in the “dating phase” but not ready to go official.

Johnson, 37, and MGK, 36, born Colson Baker, have been seeing each other more often in recent weeks.

They were photographed together in Los Angeles on October 15 and seen at a Hollywood speakeasy earlier that week.

The source said the pair bond over the “same dry and dark sense of humor” and make each other laugh.

Representatives for Johnson and MGK did not immediately respond to People’s request for comment.

A September source said they really hit it off at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding in July.

Speculation went public when they were photographed together in New York City on September 12.

Later in September, Johnson attended Vogue World: Milano, where MGK walked the runway.
