The Reliance subsidiary’s Rs 30,000-crore-plus issue is expected to open on October 21.
The premium, up from Rs 172 on October 10, points to a listing price of about Rs 1,331.
The reported price band is Rs 1,065 to Rs 1,119 per share, with a lot size of 13 shares.
Public subscription runs October 21 to 23, with listing on the BSE and NSE expected on October 28.
The entire issue is fresh capital, with no offer-for-sale component from existing shareholders.
It is set to beat Hyundai Motor India’s Rs 27,858.75 crore record from October 2024.
