The BMC has partly demolished alleged unauthorised construction at a Juhu bungalow linked to actor Ajay Devgn.

Ajay Devgn’s office says the property is not his residence but a separate building that has been rented out.

His team says it applied for permissions and has made all the changes the civic body required.

PTI reported the property belongs to Ajay Devgn and his mother, Veena Devgn, though the notice does not name them.

The BMC cited internal alterations, partition walls and window changes made without municipal approval.

A stop-work notice came on September 10; the owners’ reply was rejected on October 6 for lacking documents.

Crews removed Siporex block partitions with hand tools on October 12, according to reports.

A housing society objected to plans to lease the 7,802 sq ft bungalow as a salon and spa.
