Ozzy & Black Sabbath: Back to the Beginning, the film of Ozzy Osbourne's farewell concert, opens in cinemas on October 28, 2026.
Trafalgar Releasing confirmed the date. It is a limited theatrical run, so showtimes and formats vary by cinema.
The concert took place at Villa Park in Birmingham, Osbourne's hometown, on July 5, 2025. He died 17 days later.
The show reunited Black Sabbath's original lineup for the first time in more than 20 years: Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward.
The film runs 147 minutes and is directed by Tim Van Someren and Ben Wainwright-Pearce.
It follows the day from preparations to the final sets, with reflections from musicians who were shaped by Osbourne and the band.
Jason Momoa hosted and Tom Morello was musical director. Metallica, Guns N' Roses, Slayer, Pantera and Tool were among the acts.
Sharon Osbourne, who spent two years organising the event, said he was elated that night and went out the way he wanted.
She said emphysema left him struggling for breath, and 10 days before the show he was warned he might not get through it.
