Singer Junior H has denied viral rumors linking him to an HIV diagnosis, saying he is in good health.

He posted the statement to his Instagram stories on Friday, October 16, 2026.

“Estoy bien, gracias a Dios” — “I’m fine, thank God” — he wrote to fans.

He said his recent weight loss came from personal decisions made for his own well-being.

The rumors began with an October 15 TikTok in which a lawyer described an unnamed client’s case.

Users, not the narrator, started naming artists including Junior H, Neton Vega and Gabito Ballesteros.

He stressed that appearance or weight change alone cannot confirm anything about someone’s health.
