Jalen Hurts is out indefinitely with a blood clot in his calf, and the Eagles are adding Joe Milton.

Philadelphia is signing Milton off the Dallas Cowboys’ practice squad to its 53-man roster.

The small clot was found by ultrasound before the Jaguars game in London.

A follow-up scan Wednesday showed the clot had moved, so Hurts was ruled out for Week 6.

The issue developed after Hurts was cleated during the Week 4 loss to the Rams.

The Eagles have lost three straight and sit at 2-3, under .500 for the first time since 2021.

Tanner McKee is expected to make his third career start against the Carolina Panthers.
