Liz Carmouche shaved her head to make weight for her PFL title fight in Chicago.
With two-tenths of a pound left, she wrote, “the hair had to go.”
“It’s just hair,” she posted on Instagram. “Now to rehydrate for tomorrow.”
She hit 125 pounds for the vacant women’s flyweight title bout against Jena Bishop.
The 42-year-old has missed weight only once, in August 2024 against Taila Santos.
Bishop weighed in at 124.6 pounds, and every fighter on the card made weight.
It is a rematch of August 2025, when Carmouche knocked Bishop out in the third round.
