Gurugram-based VVDN Technologies is considering an IPO in India that could raise up to $300 million, Bloomberg reported.
The company has not confirmed the plan, and the $300 million figure comes only from the Bloomberg report.
Founded in 2007, VVDN designs and builds 5G base stations, Wi-Fi routers, industrial IoT products, automotive electronics, EV chargers and AI servers.
It has about 6,973 employees and offices in the US, Canada, Europe, Vietnam, South Korea and Japan.
VVDN runs 11 R&D centres and eight factories, with plants at Manesar and Gurgaon in Haryana and Pollachi in Tamil Nadu.
It has raised $65 million over three private funding rounds. Applied Ventures, the venture arm of Applied Materials, is an investor.
The company is setting up a 1,000-acre AI server plant in Tamil Nadu and building manufacturing bases in the UAE and the US.
US exports bring in $150 million a year. Revenue was Rs 2,145 crore in FY23, with FY25 projected at Rs 3,500 to 3,800 crore.
In October 2025, cofounder and president Bansal said VVDN aims to list once it reaches $1 billion in annualized revenue.
