President Trump’s AI task force met for the first time and ordered a report on advanced AI risks.

The panel, formally called the Super Intelligence Force, will focus on three risk areas.

The three areas are cybersecurity, biosecurity, and AI model control and accountability.

The President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology will evaluate those dangers.

The group agreed to develop early-warning rules for AI labs to report breaches, hacks and jailbreaks.

It did not consider new laws or regulations at its first meeting.

The task force is working to a 120-day deadline for its findings.
