DWTS Disney Night airs Monday, November 2 from 8 to 10 p.m. ET/PT, live on ABC and Disney+, with Cynthia Erivo as guest judge. The ballroom turns to Broadway for the night as the eight remaining couples of season 35 dance to songs from Hercules, Mary Poppins, The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Tangled, Aida and more. Broadway guest artists join the couples, including Tony winner Heather Headley.

The move to Monday is a change from the usual slot. Dancing with the Stars airs on Tuesdays this season, but ABC’s midterm election coverage takes over Tuesday, November 3, so Disney Night moves up a day. The show returns to Tuesdays the following week. Viewers who follow the season will find the same hosts, the same judges and the same voting setup, on a different night. The DWTS Disney Night move gives viewers one night to note: Monday, not Tuesday.

DWTS Disney Night guest judge and Broadway guests

Erivo, the star of Wicked, sits alongside regular judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Derek Hough. The DWTS Disney Night judging panel pairs Erivo with Inaba, Tonioli and Hough. Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough host. Erivo brings her own Disney tie to the judges’ table: she played the Blue Fairy in Disney’s 2022 live action Pinocchio on Disney+.

The biggest full circle moment of the night belongs to Heather Headley. She originated the title role in Aida on Broadway and won the 2000 Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical for it. She will sing “Easy As Life” from that show for Tatyana Ali and Jan Ravnik’s contemporary routine. Headley, who also originated Nala in The Lion King on Broadway, returns later in the night for Connor Wood and Rylee Arnold’s waltz.

Two Broadway Aladdin alumni join in as well. Michael James Scott, Aladdin’s longest running Genie, sings “Under the Sea,” and Rodney Ingram, who played Aladdin, sings “Be Our Guest.” Kyra Belle Johnson appears as a guest artist for one routine, adding another Broadway voice to the night.

DWTS Disney Night dances and songs

Amber Glenn and Pasha Pashkov dance a quickstep to “A Star Is Born” from Hercules. Maura Higgins and Mark Ballas dance a jive to “You Can Fly! You Can Fly! You Can Fly!” from Peter Pan. Tatyana Ali and Jan Ravnik dance contemporary to “Easy As Life” from Aida, with Heather Headley singing live.

Harry Shum Jr. and Jenna Johnson dance jazz to “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious” from Mary Poppins, with Kyra Belle Johnson as guest artist. Ezra Frech and Daniella Karagach dance a samba to “Under the Sea” from The Little Mermaid, with Michael James Scott. Julia Stiles and Ezra Sosa dance a paso doble to “Satisfied” from Hamilton.

Jenna Dewan and Val Chmerkovskiy dance a quickstep to “Be Our Guest” from Beauty and the Beast, with Rodney Ingram. The DWTS Disney Night set list draws on stage shows and animated films alike. Connor Wood and Rylee Arnold dance a waltz to “I See the Light” from Tangled, with Heather Headley. The eight routines cover a wide span of the Disney catalog, from stage musicals to animated films.

DWTS Disney Night team dances and voting

Team dances are back for the night. The DWTS Disney Night team dances add two group routines to the eight couple dances. Team Slaytopia, led by Alfonso Ribeiro with Tatyana Ali as captain, dances to “Zoo” from Zootopia 2. Team Wildcats, led by Julianne Hough with Connor Wood as captain, takes on “We’re All In This Together” from High School Musical. The pros and troupe also have routines set to music from The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, Newsies, The Greatest Showman and Aladdin.

Disney Night streams live on Disney+ at the same time it airs on ABC, then lands on Hulu the next day. The DWTS Disney Night voting window runs during the live East Coast and Central broadcast. Viewers can vote during the live East Coast and Central broadcast at dwtsvote.abc.com or by text on participating United States carriers. Text voting is not available in Canada. The votes are combined with the judges’ scores to decide who could be in danger of going home.

Disney Night has been part of Dancing with the Stars since season 18 in April 2014, and it brings out the voters. The season 33 Disney Night in 2024 drew more than 16 million votes, a new high for the show at the time. The DWTS Disney Night broadcast starts at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC and Disney+. The 2026 edition airs Monday, November 2 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC and Disney+.
