Motorola Signature 27 is confirmed to launch in India in November 2026, after a dedicated microsite for the phone went live on Motorola’s India website. Gadgets 360 reported on 28 October 2026 that the microsite confirms the November window and the phone’s sale through Motorola’s online store in India. The exact launch date and the India price have not been announced, and Motorola has also kept the battery capacity under wraps for now.

The Motorola Signature 27 was launched in select global markets in September 2026, during the Snapdragon Summit 2026. Motorola later showed the phone at India Mobile Congress 2026. The India microsite says the Indian model will match the global model on specifications and features, and it invites buyers to register for updates with the line “coming this November”. The phone is the second model in Motorola’s newly introduced Signature lineup.

Motorola Signature 27 processor and cooling

The Motorola Signature 27 runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chipset, an octa-core flagship processor built on a 2nm process with a peak clock speed of 5.01GHz. Motorola describes the phone as its fastest Android phone, and the chip is meant to handle on-device AI work, camera processing, connectivity and gaming. For thermal management, the phone has a diamond-cooled 3D vapour chamber cooling solution, which is designed to move heat away from the processor during heavy use.

The Motorola Signature 27 will be sold in India in at least black and green colour options, which could be marketed as Pantone Coal Smoke and Pantone Capulet Green. The microsite does not list a price or a buy button yet, and there is no Flipkart or Amazon listing for the phone at the time of writing, according to Beebom. Motorola usually sells its phones in India through Flipkart, so a listing there may follow once a date is set.

Motorola Signature 27 cameras and audio

The Motorola Signature 27 has a quad rear camera unit in a redesigned horizontal module. The camera setup is led by a 200-megapixel telephoto camera with up to 100x digital zoom, and a 50-megapixel primary rear camera with a Sony LYTIA sensor. The phone also has a Bang and Olufsen audio system, the first time Motorola has used Bang and Olufsen tuning on one of its phones, according to Gadgets 360’s Hindi edition. That audio system is one of the main points Motorola is using to separate the Signature line from its Edge phones.

Motorola Signature 27 pricing in India remains the open question for buyers. Tipster reports cited by Beebom put the starting price at around Rs 70,000 to Rs 80,000, while Digit cited a European retail listing and suggested the phone could sit above Rs 1 lakh in India. Neither figure is an official Motorola price, and the two estimates differ widely enough that buyers should wait for Motorola’s own announcement. The first Motorola Signature launched in India at Rs 59,999 in January 2026, which gives a rough sense of where the line started, but it does not settle the price of the new model.

Motorola Signature 27 and the flagship market

The Motorola Signature 27 enters a November flagship window that is crowded in India, with Vivo, OnePlus and other brands also lining up premium launches before the end of the year. Its pitch rests on three points that Motorola has confirmed: the new Snapdragon chip, the 200-megapixel telephoto camera with long digital zoom, and Bang and Olufsen audio. Those are the details on the microsite, and they are the details Motorola has chosen to put in front of buyers first.

For buyers, the missing details matter as much as the confirmed ones. Battery capacity, charging speed, display size and refresh rate for the Indian model, storage options and price are all still to be announced. The global model gives some guidance, since Motorola says the Indian model matches it, but regional models can differ on memory and storage. Motorola has said more is coming in November, and the microsite registration page is the channel it is using to tell interested buyers when the date and price are set.

Until then, the confirmed facts are narrow: a November launch in India, sale through Motorola’s online store, a Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chip, a quad camera unit with a 200-megapixel telephoto lens, a 50-megapixel Sony LYTIA main camera, Bang and Olufsen audio, and black and green colours. The exact date, price and battery capacity remain unannounced.
